Welcome to Becca Skin + Wellness! I’m Becca, and I am here to be your girl for all things skin, brows, lashes, and wellness! I’ve been in the aesthetics industry as a licensed aesthetician for 7 years and have worked in the beauty industry in some capacity since my high school days. Every season has taught me so much! I attended the Aesthetics program at MATC - Mequon and have worked at 3 different spas before branching off to start my solo business, in which I gained an immense amount of experience and knowledge. I frequently invest in my continuing education to always keep my skills and offerings top-tier, and enjoy doing so! Having been a Certified Acne Expert through the highly reputable Face Reality for 3 years now, acne care is a core specialty of mine along many other skin conditions. Some things I enjoy most outside of the treatment room: • a perfectly crafted latte • a crisp fall hike • a Pilates class that has my muscles shaking for the rest of the day (or week!) - jk but not really! 😆 On the weekends, rest assured I am spending quality time with my boyfriend Matt and our families and friends. —————————————————————————— POLICIES + REMINDERS ***Please read the cancellation policy listed below in its entirety for a full understanding of each of the policies I have in place.*** Feel free to reach out to me via text, call, or email for any questions regarding any of the policies. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request a full 24 hours notice.
Should you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour timeframe, 50% of the full service scheduled will be charged to your account.
For appointments that require a 50% deposit, this deposit will be forfeited.
No call/no show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the full service scheduled. In the event you no call/no show more than once, you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking with me.
Emergencies: I understand emergencies happen. I will waive the cancellation policy fee for documented emergencies only, such as:
- car accident
- emergency dept. admission note
- canceled/delayed flight email
Traffic, lack of childcare, or forgetfulness are not considered emergencies for which I will waive the policy.
Late Policy: Please notify me asap if you are going to be late. Kindly note I do not extend service durations to accommodate late arrivals, ensuring I don't inconvenience anyone. Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the appointment time will be considered as a no-show.
Return/Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the services and products offered, I do not provide full returns/refunds for any items or services rendered. I kindly ask you take this into account before booking or purchasing products. *Exchanges on products can be made within 14 days of purchase.
Kiddos + Babies: As much as I love them, I kindly ask you to please arrange care for your children before arriving to your appointment. This is to ensure you can fully enjoy your treatment, and I can be fully present for you as well. It’s important to also stay respectful of the other professionals in the studio collection.
